We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrival after 15 minutes will result in cancellation of your appointment and a $15 cancellation fee added to your account.
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a $25 fee per pet added to your account. This fee must be prepaid prior to rescheduling the appointment.
We require all pets to be picked up within an hour of completion time. Failure to pick up your pet may result in a fee added to your total.
